The location of the hostel was fantastic, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were cozy and warm, with comfortable beds and pillows. The private bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and organized tours for guests. The continental breakfast provided was filling and a good start to the day. The hostel was close to tram and train lines, making it easily accessible. it was a lovely stay.
The presence of school students in the hostel may have been frustrating for some guests.

The location is unbelievably awesome, right in the heart of the city. The hostel is squeaky clean and makes you go 'wow'! The breakfast was a delicious treat to start the day. The staff goes above and beyond with their polite and helpful attitudes. It's perfect for young travelers on a budget. I had a jam-packed day exploring the city and this hostel was a great fit for my needs. Highly recommend for a budget-friendly stay with good amenities.

Great location and friendly helpful staff.
It was a little noisy, mainly because a school group was staying also at the same time as me. One of them enjoyed imitating a rooster in the early hours which was thoroughly annoying! That one is just the luck of the draw though.

It was clean.
The place feels like a prison. Everything is bare, functional and characterless. From your room you can hear every noise echoing around the corridors. For the same price, there are friendlier and more pleasant hostels in the area. This place should be a last resort when everything else is full. Plus - couples beware - if you book a twin room with *shared* bathroom, you actually get a huge eight bunk dorm to yourself, which feels nothing like having a proper twin room. The real twin rooms with ensuite are nicer, but also cost a lot more. You could do better elsewhere.

It was significantly cheaper than the other hostel options, yet it was as good as a hostel could be: clean, quiet, wit a spacious common area, without any usual problems.

The staff were always available and helpful, providing great advice with a good sense of humor. The neighborhood is cool, with plenty of souvenir and art shops, cafes, and even a supermarket. The toilets and rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service. One thing I liked was the location of the hostel. It was situated in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. the hostel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the bunk beds in the room were quite cramped, making it difficult to sit up.

The hostel is great value for money in a district that has many cafes & bars and is walking distance from either the underground or railway. Staff were very helpful with all our tourist questions, rooms were adequate and the breakfast offered for a small additional cost is very good.
We booked a double and a twin room which on arrival was not available, disappointingly we were put into rooms with bunk beds which were not as comfortable, there was no real apology for this. I noticed this happened to other travelers, so from the website this was misleading. Ii suggest you confirm your bedding configuration prior to arrival to be sure you get what you booked. The downstairs floor was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights with people coming in at all hours.

The hotel did end up giving me a discount, but only after completely messing up my reservation. I booked an apartment and ended up having to stay in a dorm room with 4 small children. A lot of drunks around at all hours of the night, and I ended up going way over budget due to having to eat out and all the food I brought went to waste. Even with the discount, I still ended up being out a lot more money than planned.
There were a lot of drunk college students around all the time, all throughout the night. It was NOT a family friendly environment as advertised! A woman chased my husband for a full block with no shirt on at 9:30 in the morning! I will never stay at this hotel again!
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
